The Court has approved a Final Settlement Order between the Plaintiffs and Clayton Homes. You might be eligible to participate if you purchased a new manufactured home from CMH Homes, Inc. or CMH of KY, Inc. through a company-owned store from January 1, 2001 through October 15, 2008.
